RMA (Returned Materials Authorization)
If a product has become defective during shipment, or has arrived defective, you can receive an RMA number in consultation with us. Complaints about this must be made within 10 working days. This way we can ensure a quick settlement of the defective product.
By contacting us first, we can ensure that products do not have to be sent back and forth unnecessarily.
Products that do not have a valid RMA number will not be processed by us.
